Before You Begin

Have the following information ready before starting your repair request:

  • Watch Model — The name of your watch (e.g., Time Teller, Sentry, Regulus)
  • Case Back Saying — Including the saying and the date code
  • Purchase Date — Approximate date is fine if the exact date isn't available
  • Description of the Issue — Be as specific as possible (e.g., stopped running, cracked crystal, crown damage)

How It Works

  1. Start Your Repair Request — Click the link below to be taken to our repair site, where you'll fill out the details of your watch. Note: you will see an estimate but we will reach out to you for approval and payment before we proceed.
  2. Receive Your Prepaid Shipping Label — Once your request is submitted and reviewed, we'll provide you with a shipping label. You can always choose self ship and pay to mail it yourself.
  3. Ship Your Watch to Us — Package your watch securely and drop it off at carrier location using the provided label.
  4. We'll Be in Touch — Our technicians will assess the issue and follow up with you before any work begins, including turnaround time and any applicable service fees.
